Sample product pages in this directory describe manufacturing capabilities for made-to-order industrial products, not items sitting in a warehouse. Please read this page before sending an inquiry so that expectations on both sides are aligned.
1. Specifications Are Industry-Typical Values
The technical specifications shown on a sample page (tolerance ranges, material grades, temperature ratings, load figures) are typical values for that product family, compiled from publicly available industry standards and common manufacturing practice. They are not a binding datasheet for any specific factory’s output. The binding specifications for your order are those confirmed in the quotation and on the supplier’s spec sheet, verified against your drawings (STEP/CAD/PDF) before production.
2. Images Are for Reference Only
Photos and renders illustrate the manufacturing process and typical product appearance. Any brands, logos or third-party designs shown may belong to previous customers of a manufacturer and demonstrate capability (printing, molding, coating, machining) only. You cannot purchase items bearing another company’s trademark.
3. How Certifications Are Stated
Certifications are referenced in three distinct ways on sample pages:
- Design basis — “built to NSF/ANSI 2 requirements” means the construction follows that standard’s design principles; it does not by itself constitute a product listing.
- Standard compliance — “EN 631 dimensions” or “tested per DIN 67510 methods” refers to objective standards applied to the product family.
- Supplier-held certificates — ISO, CE, UL, FDA or other certificates are held and issued by the individual manufacturer. Always request the certificate number and verify it with the issuing body before relying on it in your own compliance documentation.
4. Nothing Is Sold Off the Shelf
Every product in this directory is produced after order confirmation against buyer requirements. Typical workflow:
- Submit drawings and requirements with your inquiry (BOM, CAD/Tech Pack, target standards).
- Receive a quotation naming material grade, tolerances, certifications and lead time.
- Approve a pre-production sample (PPS) before the bulk run.
