Product Overview
Commercial sink bowls arrive at the table maker as either deep-drawn parts (economical at volume, standard sizes) or folded-and-welded fabrications (any dimension, small batches). The folded route CNC press-brakes the four sides, TIG-welds the corners, grinds the seams smooth and passivates the whole bowl — the weld-and-grind quality being the visible difference between a food-zone bowl and a hardware-store basin, since crevices and weld discoloration both fail hygienic inspection. Custom geometry is the reason to buy fabricated: bowl length, width, depth and corner radii follow the workstation design, with drain positions, overflows and backsplash ledges integrated before shipping. Material is 304 at 1.0–1.5 mm, with heavier gauges for janitorial and industrial duty. Manufacturers listed here run both processes in-house, which lets them match the most economical route to each order size and supply bowls alone or welded into complete tops.
