Product Overview
Die-cut silicone gaskets are the workhorse of food equipment, electronics, lighting and medical device sealing, and the converters listed here cut VMQ sheets from 30 to 80 Shore A with steel-rule dies produced in-house. Standard material withstands -60°C to 230°C, with FDA or LFGB food-contact grades and flame-retardant variants available per project. Tolerances of ±0.10 mm are held on critical dimensions, and kiss-cutting with release liner supports automated assembly lines. Buyers typically supply DXF or STEP drawings; tooling is cut in 7–10 days and kept for free on repeat orders. Production runs 10–15 days after die approval, and small-batch quantities with mixed designs are accepted.
