Product Overview
The spiral wound gasket is the default solution for high-pressure, high-temperature flanges in oil and gas, petrochemical and power plants. Manufacturers listed here wind SS304 or SS316L V-profile strips with flexible graphite or PTFE filler, producing R, RIR and CGI styles per ASME B16.20 and EN 1514-2 from NPS 1/2 inch to 60 inches. Production is supported by CNC winding machines and in-house ring machining, with dimensional reports and mill test certificates issued per batch. Engineering support covers gasket selection by flange class and medium, and special materials such as Inconel winding or mica filler are available for extreme service.
