Ni-Cu-Ni Coated Countersunk Block Neodymium Magnets

Ni-Cu-Ni coated countersunk NdFeB block magnets from Chinese manufacturers: N35–N52 grades, M3–M8 screw bores, 12–25 µm triple-layer coating, custom sizes and pull-force testing.

Magnetic Grades:
N35 – N52 (N42/N45 most common for holding duty)
Coating:
Ni-Cu-Ni, total ≈ 12 – 25 µm; Zn or epoxy options
Mounting:
90° countersunk bores, typically M3 – M8 by block size

Product Overview

Countersunk neodymium blocks are the standard fastening magnet for industrial fixtures, machine guards, signage, lighting brackets and clamping jigs: a flat-head machine screw sits flush in a 90° countersunk bore, letting the magnet be bolted in place without adhesive. The triple-layer Ni-Cu-Ni coating — nickel, copper, nickel, typically 12–25 µm total — protects the sintered NdFeB core against corrosion in indoor and light outdoor service, with zinc or epoxy alternatives for harsher environments. Grades run from N35 to N52; for holding applications N42/N45 is the common cost-performance point, since real clamping force depends as much on contact area, plate thickness and air gap as on grade. Suppliers listed here cut and grind blocks to drawing, bore and countersink in-house, and can verify pull force per lot on a calibrated steel test plate.
