Product Overview
Rubber-coated pot magnets solve the two classic problems of raw neodymium in mounting duty — corrosion and scratched paint. A sintered NdFeB disc sits inside a steel flux-conducting cup that roughly doubles the effective holding force and shields the magnet, while the molded TPR rubber jacket seals the assembly against water and grips glossy or coated surfaces without marking them. The result is a waterproof holding magnet suited to vehicle roof mounts (light bars, antennas, cameras), temporary signage, warehouse fixtures and cable management — including marine and outdoor washdown environments where bare NdFeB would fail quickly. Pull force scales with diameter and depends strongly on base material and surface finish: on thick clean steel the common Ø22–88 mm range delivers roughly 4–50 kg vertical pull, and suppliers listed here verify holding force per size and base condition rather than quoting theoretical numbers.
