Indexfox is a Business-to-Business (B2B) information directory and sourcing platform. We provide structured data to connect global procurement professionals with verified Chinese manufacturers and premium trading partners.
Indexfox is not a party to any transaction. We do not manufacture, store, inspect, ship, or handle payment for any goods. Any contracts, purchase orders, or agreements made between buyers and suppliers introduced through Indexfox are strictly between those two parties. Indexfox bears no liability for product quality, shipping delays, intellectual property disputes, or financial losses resulting from these transactions.
3. User Conduct & Restrictions
When accessing our database or submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), you agree to provide accurate and authentic business information.
You strictly agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to extract, harvest, or copy factory data, supplier profiles, or any directory content from Indexfox.
- Submit fake, spam, or misleading RFQs.
- Use the platform to distribute malware or engage in illegal commercial activities. Violation of these rules will result in immediate IP bans and potential legal action to protect our database assets.
4. Supplier Profiles & Verification
While Indexfox employs a rigorous auditing process to verify the operational status, certifications, and capabilities of listed suppliers, the information provided in supplier profiles is largely based on data supplied by the manufacturers themselves or public records. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or real-time validity of every specification. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence, request samples, and verify certifications before placing bulk orders.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, database architecture, and UI/UX design, is the exclusive property of Indexfox and is protected by international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indexfox and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, the inability to use the Platform, or any sourcing decisions made based on the information provided herein.
